Continuing the series of Burdang Taal (Taal Embroidery) posts is THE Fanny Serrano. The name, most associated with hair and beauty, delivers a collection that without a doubt screams legendary. Nobody had to look at the sign to know whose look just hit the runway because at first sight, you'd really know. And I loved it.
