Meiday! Meiday!

Finally got to go to my first Meiday the other week, and it was so much fun! I've heard so much about Meidays, specifically how awesome the music was.

I'm eternally picky with music, especially OPM (local music). Not because I think they suck, but because I think they could be better. It's just that the airwaves have been dominated by covers and more covers, and other redundant same-sounding tones posing as music. And it's such a shame that good local music don't dominate the charts as much.

And the music was indeed awesome! I finally got to see some of my favorite local acts and then some. Meidays are proof that there's good Pinoy music out there. Thank you. We all kinda need to be reminded of that. Till the next party!
